let's just say,

if i want it...

i will get it...

muahahahah

therefore,

today/yesterday,

at 9 pm~

i went to TeSco!!~

and bought

CAKES!!!!

nyum nyum!!!~

i bought 2 cakes!!

mousse and black forest!~

and the yellow one ~~ika's cakes..~~is cheese ape ntah...

they all taste nyum nyum!!!~

i loike the mousse!!~

taste like ice cream!!~

super duper soft!!~

enjoying one peaceful night...

walaupun gigi ku berdenyut-denyut setiap masa~

oh well ^0^

my face is not that happy

but satisfied...

my teeth hurt..

so gaman jela~

i try an enchanted spell..

it goes like this..

waa,

sedap sedap...

sakit x sakit...

sedap sangat sangat...

gigi gigi gigi...

anda x sakit lagi!!~

so after recite that spell,

the pain is no more!!

(echeh!~)

hihihih...

i'm gamaning myself...

so i can be peaceful~

so because i've ben very good with myself,

i gave myself a reward!~

jaaang jaaang!!

nope, nope ice-cream

it's and yogurt-cream!!!

hahhaha...

taste good...

i think it's actually taste better than ice-cream..

but that maybe due to the facts i've just ate 2 cakes...

and the sweetest nest is getting to me..

as you know yogurt is a bit masam kan..

i give myself another week..

before i start tasting any more sweet stuffs...

the pain the pain...

please go away...

i cried i cried...

but she's the only dentist i know

and allowed to call anytime i want!!~

let me be clear..
i am NEVER..
or have i EVER been scared of my dentist...
true story...

but let's face it...
there is no way,
my dentist would let me call her 24/7 aite~

ai...

but my dentist appointment is a long way...

hopefully de x sakit sampai mengganggu tido..

bak kate kin...

atleast let me be peaceful

until i see my dentist...

my family and i went back to abah hometown in Perlis..

got married!!

rasenye satu kumpulan dengan siput, lala etc...

berdasarkan pengetahuan asas yang merapu...

binatang ni hidup dalam lumpur...

panjang mentarang ni pula

adalah sebesar tapak tangan manusia dewasa...

nak tangkap de plak,

susah,

susah!

but that's not important...

what's important is,

Mentarang IS REALLY really DELICIOUS!!!

seriously!!

dahla susah nak dapat mentarang ni...

it comes with seasons you know...

so if x sampai musim...

jangan mimpila nak makan...

but when the seasons come!

you will see lots of stalls selling mentarang

di tepian tepian pantai...

and itula,

syurga pembunuh mentarang!!

ready to eat, baby!!!!

muahahahahah!!

muke kononye ganasla ni...

muahahahaha!~

ni x masak lagi...

okay,

to masak it is very easy...

this is what you need....

bawang putih,

kiub ikan bilis...

if air banyak put 2...

if not 1 is enough...

slices some onions...

depends on you...

nak banyak letakla banyak...

hihihihi....

huhuhuh!!

xla lama sgt...

dlm 15 minit kot~

i go with guts!

ni rupenye yg dah masak..

its yummy either way...

and you can grilled them...

my dad wants half of it grilled...

so i put them in the oven...

spread some garlic, salt, aji and pepper...

for half and hour...

and done!!

it's is delicious!!

oh,

forgot to mention...

i actually never saw any mentarang in other places...

except Perlis...

and there's one time

i actually saw mentarang in CareFour..

but that's the only time i saw it...

never again...

so i think it's fair to say...

mentarang can only be found in PERLIS!!

muahahahah...

which i may be wrong...

but you can google for them.

okay!!

fortunately i didn't burn the kitchen!!

but i manage to try a new recipe!!

wuhuhu!!!

the first recipe i try is!!!

drum roll please!!!

Custard Pudding!!!

unexpectedly easy...

it broke in the end,

because i shake them up a bit...

T^T

don't worry,

it still taste great!!!

Cream Puff

it's a little bit hard...

and confusing for me...

the cream is not there yet...

almost though...

i know where my mistakes is...

hopefully,

next time...

it will be better than this...

what funny is,

my parents thought i made this without the cream...

thus they all only eat the bread,

leaving the cream in the fridge...

forgotten...

so funny rite!!

kek batik

this is the famous kek batik..
there are 3 version of this cake..
but yg kat atas ni are made by kakngah..
the 2nd also by kakngah..
only the 3rd one are made by me and kin...

why i said its famous?
because everytime we baked this cake, there will be other people gives additional instruction..
and apparently almost all the people we know
knows how to make this,
this is one famous dish!~

okay, kin has this one friends name Qila..
she really loves to try new recipes..
and she ask kin to make this together with her..
since mom just had her operation..
~~she can't eat chicken~~ - pantang you know~~
so this pie is made with meat, potato and some veggies..

the taste is nice and delicious!
but there's still room for improvement!!!~
